The end business for this messaging program is Tygart Nexus LLC, operating the AfterHours Command service. Messages are sent from AfterHours Command to business owners, dispatchers, on-call technicians, or authorized staff who separately opt in to receive operational SMS alerts.
The toll-free number is used for the AfterHours Command operational messaging program. It is not used for third-party lead generation, unrelated brands, or marketing blasts.
Who receives SMS messages
AfterHours Command SMS recipients are business owners, dispatchers, on-call technicians, or authorized staff members designated by a customer to receive after-hours operational alerts.
Messages are transactional or operational. They are not promotional bulk marketing messages.
How recipients provide consent
Recipients opt in through a separate SMS authorization step during website signup, pilot setup, or customer implementation. SMS consent is collected separately from any service agreement, Terms of Service, privacy policy, payment authorization, or general account setup agreement.
A customer or administrator may identify staff members who should receive alerts, but the SMS recipient must be shown the AfterHours Command SMS disclosure and must separately authorize SMS messages to their mobile number before operational text alerts are enabled.
- The recipient is shown a separate AfterHours Command SMS authorization checkbox or standalone SMS authorization form.
- The checkbox is not preselected, and SMS consent is not bundled into the service agreement, Terms of Service, privacy policy, payment terms, or any other agreement.
- The form identifies the end business as Tygart Nexus LLC, operating the AfterHours Command messaging program.
- The recipient provides or confirms their own mobile phone number and actively confirms they want operational SMS alerts from AfterHours Command.
- Recipients are told that consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required to purchase, use, or evaluate AfterHours Command.
- Recipients are told that message frequency varies based on after-hours call activity and configured alert rules, and that message and data rates may apply.
- Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
